      In October of 2021 we contacted faery Concrete on a recommendation from a neighbor to do our driveway. We emphasized that we were not in a rush that it could wait until the spring. In Bill Faerys exact words "The type of concrete we use can be poured all year long" Based on his knowledge we had them install our driveway in November, the work and the crew were excellent and initially the driveway looked incredible. Within a month we started seeing cracks form and by January we had at least ten cracks in a circular pattern. We contacted Mr. Faery who told us he was out of town for the winter he'd address it when he returned. That was the last we heard from him. After roughly 30 phone calls, text messages and emails he has not once reach out to us. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will be taking legal action. DO NOT hire this company no matter what anyone tells you. he's a liar and a bullshitter and his ethics are totally unprofessional. After consulting with another "reputable" concrete company I was told absolutely no you do not pour concrete that late in the year.
