    Hello that is not true at all my store has a no cancel

    policy her products have been sitting at my home now for weeks upon ready to ship

    her candles there was the hurricane in Florida I explained to her if I ship these candles there will be delays and I’m sure damage she then starting screaming and swearing at me telling me she don’t want them she wants her money I also have screen shots of our messages to support this email. I have no issues shipping her products to her.

    The Seller has refused to send me the products i ordered (180 candles) that i payed for in advance. not knowing i was dealing with a scammer. She reached out to me and preyed on me and took my hard earned money and now refuses to supply products or a refund money.   The seller has lied since day one.  There were never any candles being made as she has not been able to produce them.  I have reached out to the seller on several occasions to get a delivery date and it was always an excuse.  When asked for a refund after excuse after excuse she has stated the refund was sent on 10/4 would arrive by 10/12. then changed from to 10/21.  today is 10/31 and still no refund.  this seller is a scammer taking advantage of the small business person.  I do not feel at this time she will or ever intended to send the products or the funds.  I am asking to be made whole.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

     

    I AM REQUESTING THE FUNDS TO BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. This company is a scam. I have made several attempts in contacting her to either send tracking numbers for pkgs she said she sent. since September and payments that she has completely lied about sending since October. It is now November and I still have not received either.  If she wanted to resolve this matter which she has had multiple opportunities too.  I AM REQUESTING THE FUNDS TO BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY.  She said she sent the funds 10/4 with a delivery of 10/12 then said it will be there 10/21 and its now November.  She had no intent on sending me the candles or the funds back. She is a scammer who reached out to me because I have been a loyal customer.  I am a small business who looked to another small business for help.  and she took advantage of me.   I AM REQUESTING THE FUNDS TO BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY.  I have attached emails that I've had with this lady where I was checking on the order asking her to send me tracking numbers for when she first said she sent the orders, weeks before. she keeps referencing Hurricane. Please inform her that a hurricane Ian 09/28/22 did not hit Jacksonville and she was not aware of a hurricane in August when I ordered or when I reached out to her on 09/15 again on 09/21. Its now November and yet still no hurricane and no products or funds have been dispersed.  At this point I do not want her products.  I AM REQUESTING THE FUNDS TO BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. She is a scammer.

    I never promised a refund and products my store has a no refund policy due to these are custom made candles I had offered these candles to her many of times I told her I would shipped them she states she will refuse delivery bottom line here is that she wants the products and a refund. I have sold products to her numerous of times never had issues she always got her stuff I will ship

    her candles for her no problem but if she refuses them then there is not much more I can do
