    xterior solutions put new siding on our home October 2022. I went over the work with *****************************, operations manager, the day after they finished. There was a problem that all of the outdoor electrical fixtures (back porch, side porch, front porch, and garage)were not working. ******* agreed to pay to get them working. I have this in writing at two different times. I bought and paid for new fixtures. The electricians determined that the wires for the garage and those that were to go across the street for the barn had been put under the siding and new ones had to be installed. This was something we could not see when we did the punch list. It took a long time for the electricians to come to fix the lights (March 7, 2023). On April 20, 2023 I sent ************************* a letter requesting payment of $806.89 along with the invoices from ***************************. She did not respond. I sent a second letter May 9, 2023 reminding her she agreed to pay for the electric work and she has not responded. I would like Xterior Solutions to keep their agreement and pay for the damaged electric wiring ($806.89).

    We received your invoices from the electrician. A check for $758.89 has been put in the mail. Sorry for any inconvenience but, keep in mind that hidden electric wires are something that we could never prevent from getting damaged. Thanks.
