    I had an auto propane delivery sometime in May of 2022. However, I have been in and out of the hospital with heart failure and have also learned that I have blood ******. Although I pay my bills on time, with me being very ill during the past few months, this one bill was an oversight. On August 20th my husband called me to tell me that he saw via our security cameras that Freedom Propane dismantled and took our propane tank away. My mother was visiting because I had many doc appointments and was very sick with high fevers and serious fatigue and had to stay with her at her hotel because I had no strength to walk. I mustered enough energy to call Freedom Propane and asked what was going on. The owner stated that I owed 252 or so dollars. I went on to tell him it was an oversight and I've been sick and dealing with ****** and he really did not care to hear about it. I told him "thank you for being so compassionate and understanding" and he hung up on me mid sentence without giving me the chance or opportunity to resolve this issue that i feel was so extreme over a small amount owed as I have always paid on-time or early in the past. Needless to say, I came home unable to prepare food for myself as I need the nutrition daily as I'm losing weight by the minute. His behavior and work ethic and lack of compassion and humanity is completely disturbing. I have heard things about this vile human before, but did not take heed to the banter. In the current state we are all living in, I am shocked that I was treated with such disdain and was hung up on. Beware of this man and this business. So now I have lost a full tank of propane and currently have no means to cook.
