      At one time this company used to operate under the nameplate ***********************. At some point, one of the elder founders of the company had sold the name to another group of individuals. The current Administration in *** was the same as Elite. I lived in a condominium that was managed by ***** from 2005 until 2016 when I sold it. During the entire time I lived there and was a board member for a brief period of time, the best description of the services can be summed up as incompetent. Our property manager was not only incompetent but she was lacking any intelligence or common sense. She did not know how to write a formal business letter, never followed up on questions asked by board members, operate a copy machine OR use a computer. She flat out didn't even want to work; she had made mention to a previous board member that she was only working to put her daughter through college. It is hard to believe that she was a licensed realtor at one time. Because of their incompetence and the board of directors, I was injured on the property due to their negligence and settled out of court. *** is a high risk management company for your Association.

      This company is unprofessional and borders on criminal. They don't take care of the property and the board members do not follow the BYLAWS. The place has fell into disrepair since *********************************, the Board President, and *******************************, the property manager have taken over. They threatened people all the time and it is all abput do what I say and not as I do! I have pictures to back up my words and would love to share them.
