    I am a Fubo subscriber and pay $88.98/month. Our ************ was not downloading so I attempted to call Fubo support and ended up talking to C3 IT Services. They said they are a third party billing service and that they have a special annual fee for the service for $249.99. This would start in March ****. I agreed to the charge and gave C3 IT my Amex credit card number. The charge was processed the next day. Later in the day I felt uncomfortable about the charge and called Amex to cancel the charge. Amex has temporarily cancelled the charge and is researching the case. I have since called and emailed Fubo support three times. All three reps have said: 1. Fubo has no connection with C3 IT Services. 2. Fubo has no annual fee structure in *****************. 3. Clearly this is a fraudulent transaction.C3 IT Services is a fraudulent business and BBB should not be giving it an A rating.

    Greetings,

     We regret any inconveniences that *** have been caused to the customer.

     

    However, there seems to be certain confusion and ambiguity in the statement of the customer.

     

    The customer was not in direct contact with C3 IT Services.

    The customer must have connected with one of our vendors.

    As soon as we received the refund request through our vendor, we immediately initiated the refund to the customer on 22nd September 2023.

    The refund transaction receipt is produced as an attachment. 

     

    As such we think that the allegations of the customer that we are a fraudulent company are baseless and also we have been with BBB for more than 3 years and we haven't received any such complaints.

    Called a number to connect Amazon prime Tv. Woman said there was a promotion for lifetime Amazon prime and prime TV for 299. Asked her numerous times If this was Amazon. She said yes she was representing them with a promotion. Asked for CC and address and email address Asked again why she needed info because Amazon has it. Said it was a privacy protection. Also said I would get a email from cc company and to just approve it. I did. After call I got suspicious and called Amazon direct. They do not have any promos or offer lifetime for a one time fee. This is fraud. I have also contacted my local police. I called the CC company to cancel my card and report a scam. Also reported to Amazon to their fraud department. I want an immediate refund.
