    He refuse to make contact with me to fix the problem as he said he would. I had a new liner installed at the expense of 3500.00. This cost was paid to him and then to another a year later because he would never get back to me. Sent three letters with no reply back from him. He should take full responsibility for his work. I am now looking for a refund. I been a customer to his father and him for 20 years and can not believe how I was treated.

    I have been dealing with the customer for 20 years, In 2018, we measured that pool for the liner perfectly,  the pool filled up and it ran for about a week and it was fine.  Then once it was closed, the consumer put a tarp over his pool and the ground water came up under the liner and it got winkled.  The following Spring when he opened it He reached out to me and asked what I was going to do and I told him that has nothing to do with our installation.  It's mother nature and the slopping of his yard that gave him this issue.  Since I did not help him he contacted the manufacture and got them to warranty the liner for a small fee and got another company to reinstall.  I asked him what the measurement of the other business was and it was minimal difference.   We are not liable for the consumer's issue.

    That was not the case in this issue; Mother
    Nature is not the cause.  First of all
    the liner did not have wrinkles it had folds all over the place. If water got
    under the liner and cause this you would not have folds.  The liner was too big and not the right
    size. Were would the extra material come from to cause the folds? I had an in
    ground pool for over 20 years and went thru a lot of bad rainstorms and winters
    never with any problems. He knows that.  In my opinion he measured wrong or the company sent him the wrong
    size.  After 20 years of opening and
    closing my pool he never even came back to close the pool that year.  Tried contacting him many times over and over
    again even to close my pool. This only tells me something was wrong and he did
    not what to face me on the issue.  I am
    not looking for a total refund but only the cost of the liner but it is my
    right to look for a total refund. If he had worked with me on this, maybe
    things would have worked out better and cost less for me. I am not hard to deal
    with. He needs to be accountable for these actions.
