I purchased an 2016 **** Q3 on 4/11/2025. Less than two weeks after the purchase of the vehicle and alarm went off with the words Turn Off Engine, Oil Pressure is too low. I contacted the sales representative that helped me select the vehicle, I was directed to the ******************* I contacted the ****************** and was told the next availability would be in May. Not wanting to delay and cause any additional harm to the vehicle, I brought the car into a nearby **** dealership. After a diagnostic, I was informed that the engine oil was dirty and needed to be flushed and a new sensor. I agreed to have this service done. The vehicle seemed in good order for a few weeks. The previous indicator came back on. I brought it back into **** and was told that the car needed a complete teardown to get to the problem. At this point I contacted Queens Auto Mall to inquiry about either a replacement or sale of the vehicle. I spoke with **** the manager. He asked me to bring my car into their ************** in which I did. The mechanic did an oil change only. There were no other inspections done to the vehicle. I took the car around for a few spins to get a feel of the vehicle. After which I did not feel comfortable with the vehicle going forward. I explained this to ****, who stated that he recommends that I give the car another week to test if the issue came back. I have no doubts that the issue is continuing as an inspection was not done. I explained to **** that I would like to give the vehicle back. He pretended to come to an agreement with me while refusing to put his words I. Writing or to be recorded. I came to Queens Auto mall in good faith and was deceived by the company. I am seeking reimbursement of the total I paid for the vehicle.

I went to this car dealership , bought a car, they helped me set up everything right then and there, license , ************************* I financed the ******* paid for my insurance. First payment to get the insurance started was $1,400, they gave me my insurance brokers information. a couple of months go by of a few $300 payments. by the third month i could not make the payment so I let the insurance broker know. he cut off my insurance. about a week later I was halfway able to get my insurance back on to get back on the road. he agreed to settle on a price of $400 paid him the $400 via zelle he sent me a PDF file with my renewal information, after a few more weeks going by my original phone broke and all my info was gone, while getting my other phone to work i contact the broker to be sure of having the file resent to me, from there he refuses to send me any information and demands for more money to be sent in order to do so. claiming he never renewed anything.. I kindly asked if there was a possibility for the mistreatment of a client if he'd just send the last payment of $400 made back and completely disregard the insurance policy , however from there he gets hostile & blocks all access from me and my girlfriend to contact him. This alarmed me so from there i decided to call the insurance themselves and they have told me that the whole situation is fraud and how he is not an actual broker. He registered my name and information on his own as a regular individual and his whole business is a fraud. We had then been informed by ***** from progressive that he does not work with nor for progressive. He used my information to start insurance , collect my money and dispute the charges for me to receive policy information , left me uninsured & broke. I went to the police station to make a report and was told that I have been wrongfully mislead this whole time. The lead of this is Queens Auto Mall. They're the lead scammers in disguise. Something has to be done.

Queens Auto Mall *** did not collect any money for insurance from ** ***** or any other customer.

The price was never disclosed to me prior to running my credit. The advertised price was not what was put on the contract and not disclosed there was a $5,000 discrepancy. When simply asked to remove the inquiry from my credit I was advised that they could not, which I know is false.

Please be advised that MRS ***************** ***** bought the car on July 23rd with ***** miles on it. At the time of sale, the car had pass ******** state inspection, and it was in a good running condition. The day of the accident that the customer is referring to August 8 the car had ***** miles on it and that means she drove the car for 801 miles without any safety issues.

According to her statement the car went out of control in the highway, and she got into an accident. According to the customer no

one was injured, and we are very happy for that.

The customer should report the accident to the insurance and if they need help to repair the car, we are willing to help by

referring them to a repair center where they get up to 20% discount.

I have bought a 2019 Ram **** there 92000miles,I saw an add on ******** for this car at $28,999 and I ended paying $32,995 plus extra fees around $4500 more. Will the sales guy showed me the truck and I saw some cosmetic nicks on the paint and he told me not to worry about it that they would have the truck touched up and serviced( oil change +brakes)before I take it home(sameday).he also told me that the car comes with a year warranty on engine and transmission from this dealership so I believed him and I avoided to take a closer look at the engine. After we singed the all the paper work and gave them $7000 down-payment they gave us lemon law papers where it states we are covered for 30 days or **** miles *** the end of the day the guys told us that they couldn't get the truck service and touched up .he suggested to take the car home and bring it in few days so they can do the work. When we took the car there it had an slightly enginge noise and told us they couldn't do any work because of the holidays they were short on staff that they will call us back but they never did it. When I finally got an appointment to get the truck serviced and mentioned about the engine noise Amid the Manager said the warranty has expired and refused to do any service on my truck eve when they know I was there to resolve the issue before the expire day and they weren't able to take action. These guy's are a fraud! This is not right!I hope they change their actions and get this issue resolved
