    We placed an order for discus fish based on the special at the time for end of the year purchase. We were quoted a price $30.00 for the shipping. Then we were asked to pay an additional $210 insurance to guarantee the arrival of live, healthy fish. We made those payments by ***** gift card. After they received that payment we were told we had to pay an additional "gallon fee" as a container for the fish in the amount of $250.00. At this point I am not paying that monies as they additional charges keep coming. All in all I am out $300.00 which was paid to ******* Luis ******** doing business as ************************** His address is *********************************************. I am also out the $210.00 as the insurance payment to *****************. I have multiple texts between myself and Colorful Discus. Please let me know what can be done about this.

    Ordered a fairly large order of fish and one crayfish thought I'd add that in there.... Everything came in healthy and alive. After the acclimation period all fish are very active and beautifully filling my tank thanks to the great service of ifish. I was hesitant at first because it was my first order but very pleasantly surprised.
