    Here we go 1 bad review out of thousands of more than satisfied customers. She is not and never will be satisfied ,First of all she did not want to pay the money to do what was needed to be done , i told her to replace the roof and she specifically said she was not keeping the house so she doesnt care and just wants to do some repair work. job agreement was to silicone the roof , repair metal trim and hang new 6 inch gutter and 34 leader that was done perfectly and even went out of my way and caulked her windows and metal trim then went and put new leader strap off an existing leader that strap was missing ! Worked there couple of days and had other jobs in the process so explained to her they will be there in the afternoon . She agreed to pay partial cash and lied and said she couldn't get to bank. She wrote the check to the wrong name and had issues cashing it . Her deceased husband did most of the work on the house and obviously wasn't a contractor so because of that she has never ending problems it's a porch roof that wasn't even correctly built and imitaion brick wall creating issues. The entire situation is a nightmare did not even want the job and usually wouldn't even been involved with a little home owner repair job except i only tried to help because a friend asked and even after I knew that no one wanted to repair it because of all the issues. So what she paid for she got completed and even some extras so she should have been happy. Sometimes it doesn't pay to try to help out . And Corparation and contractors license was issued before I was even born and has always been and still is valid so don't know where she's getting not licensed from. # **-1234493

    Very unprofessional. Will take your money and leave you with a job poorly done. He is 5 to 6 hours late all the time. Asks for cash money, or checks made to cash, which he then asks others to cash for him. Shows up unprepared, without his equipment. Does not answer calls after he knows I am still getting water. His business has no license, although his company receipt says he is insured bonded and on Better Business Bureau, all al lie. I am totally dissatisfied with this business.
