  Called company about cleaning the sewer and unclog the shower. First tech came and left without saying anything. He came in with just a wrench on hand and terrible mood. I told him we need the shower unclogged and he just left. I called customer service and they laughed saying he doesnt know how to unclogged a shower. They sent someone else. I repeatedly told him the house is old and not you snake the pipe too hard. I asked him to try with something that would be gentler on the pipes. The next day I notice the ceiling under the shower he unclogged was leaking. He made a hole in the pipe. I called the company and spoke with someone very young and untrained. When I told her what happened, she was silent, wouldnt speak and eventually hung up. I called her back and asked why she hung and she was just quiet. I called him personally and he said he was going to come in 1 hour. 1 hours passed and he did not come. I called the company and spoke with someone else. Explained what happened and she said he was no longer coming. This was my issue and I should have called a puller instead. When I initially called they assured everyone is licensed and they can unclogged pipes. After the damage in my ceiling they said it wasnt something they do. I had to hire more people to fix the issue.

  On the phone was told the fee was $49.95 plus a $50 fee. This already is a departure from when I last used them. Technician comes to the house 3 hours later than promised and says the fee is $350 plus $50 fee. I refused as this was not what I was quoted on the phone and he still charged $50 fee for doing nothing. Apparently company was sold and new owners are using the $49.95 as a bait and switch.

  On 09/03/2023, we had a backup of water in the basement. We called $49.95 ANY SEWER OR DRAIN **** They came and said it will cost a little more because it was a holiday. We also told them that the kitchen drain was going down very slowly. They said they would do the job for $700 CASH.They ONLY snaked the outside drain and then asked for $1000 plus a $100 tip CASH.When we argued with them, they called their boss who agreed to the original $700. They refused to snake the kitchen drain. They left after getting paid.I am 83 years old and my wife is 81. We live in a very small house, one floor, one bathroom, one kitchen, all small rooms. Soon after they were here, we both got very sick with *****. We hardly used the kitchen at all. My wife is very allergic to all medicine, vaccines, pain killers and antibiotics. About 3 weeks ago, the kitchen water almost stopped draining,Today we were finally well enough to call the company. We told them about the kitchen sink and how they never snaked the pipe. They replied that for $150 they would come down and snake the pipe. When I complained they refused to help us and hung up on us.They advertise "$49.95 ANY SEWER OR DRAIN". We feel they lied to us, cheated us, overcharged us and did an incomplete job because we are seniors.Please help us, we don't know what to do. And we are still sick.

  Date: Oct 30th approximately 4:20PM.False advertising, *********** name is $49.95 Sewer cleaning, however, they make up prices once they get to your location. I have been using their service for a few years now, and every time, they come and do the exact same job sneaking 2 mainline 1 for in 1 for out, use to charge $49.95 for both lines, then $49.95 for each line, then over $200. When I called and asked how much it was going to be, the female in the office said $152, when the plumber showed up at my private house, he plays a game and calls his office, and the person I spoke to changes her tune. Keep in mind both lines are next to each other. The plumber admitted the company scamming their customers. I have video and audio recordings, which I will provide as evidence. This company's $49.95 sewer cleaning service does not honor their warranty either. Last year they charged me $900 for a power wash which they guaranteed will fix my every other monthly clogging problem. However, the next month the problem came back within the warranty period and when I called, they stated that the plumber who did the work no longer works there and I have to find him.Note the system is not letting me upload the phone call recordings. If you need the call recordings, please advise on how to upload. Also, be aware this company uses multiple simpler business names and uses PO box to hide. For example; The original $49.95 any Sewer or or drain" "$49.95 GUY SEWER AND DRAIN" $49.99 Sewer cleaning" etc. I found DOS ID: ******* on public Corporation info websites, which didn't list any address.
