    I purchased a tennis tea mug from ************** in which Godinger was the distributor. Upon receiving my package, it was a football mug and not a tennis mug. I reaches out to *****. Com and neither of their phone or emails work. I then reach led out to Godinger and they confirmed being the distributor but will not take responsibility for sending the wrong items. They are extremely dismissive during our email conversation and refuse to bring resolve. I requested a refund and instructions to return the product but no one is willing to cooperate with my request. I am seeking support in resolving this issue.

    A faulty product.I used it for Thanksgiving, it literally fell apart.I own two of the holders, which was purchased at *****, both did the exact same thing.Glass went everywhere!Glass went in the food, on my guest, what a horrible experience.The below issue has also been sent to *****.I contacted *********************:********************* Vice President of Merchandising | ******* and ************** The Godinger Group *********************************************************** Email: ************************************* Phone: ********************* I telephoned and emailed him several times over the last 3 weeks with no reply.I have sent pictures and a receipt as proof of purchase.
