If you bring in a defective item, we may help troubleshoot the problem before deeming it defective.
Adult Novelties:
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns except in the case of manufacturer defect. Proof of manufacturing defect, original packaging, and proof of purchase (receipt) is required within 30 days of sale for refund or exchange. We do not and will not accept satisfaction returns. This includes items in original packaging. If item is defective beyond 30 days of purchase, you must contact the manufacturer directly (we can help).
Clothing items:
May only be returned within 30 days of sale without signs of wear. Items must have original tags attached and receipt. Hosiery must be unopened/unsealed.
Personal care products:
Items must be returned within 30 days, with factory seal intact and with receipt.
Books, accessories, and miscellaneous:
Items must be returned within 30 days, unopened and with receipt. Sale items: All sales are final. Condoms are not returnable for any circumstance.
Consignment Items:
All sales are final.
MedusasROC reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is in poor condition, shows obvious signs of wear, or does not meet the above requirements. - Business Categories
