      I purchased a reconditioned ** ******* ****** on 09/12/2024.
      Sent an email asking if it could be picked up or possibly shipped expedited for extra cost because of deer hunting opener in MN. Still have not gotten a response to that or other emails I have sent. It has been 15 days site confirmation email that I got from them said that it would be shipped in 2 to 3 days. Finally called them seven days ago on hold for six hours and 59 minutes and was told that the boat would be shipped out Wednesday or Thursday. It is now Friday. 09/27/2024
      Still no response email or shipping confirmation as bad as I want this boat I’m really starting to second-guess my purchase with the customer service being horrible. I have never experienced this poor customer service really sad have several friends that have ***** crossbow and they are amazing.

      I think it's the worst crossbow. I ever bought I spent three thousand three hundred dollars, and it's been and shop two times in two years

      Ravin crossbows might be ok if you get one that works. But if not hang on, because their customer loyalty sucks!!

      The customer service is horrible. Will sale you products take money. But when it breaks can not get any answers or nothing. Emails or phone.. not first time ive seen it personally

      Ravin R10 crossbow is absolutely the worst crossbow I ever purchased. Shot about 8 bolts and the Rope cocker belt broke it was under warranty so when it came back it cost me $118.00 in shipping just to get my crossbow back. This problem was a defect of Ravin and now after paying top dollar for this crossbow it cost me more with no confidence in Ravin. It will definitely be my last Ravin crossbow.

      This business definitely needs looked into.. Very shady.. They do not answer the phones. Takes days to get a answer from emails. And their parts are not available. Anywhere. Selling bad product.

      On Saturday, September 2nd, I ordered a Hornet Recurve pistol crossbow and a dozen bolts form this company online using my PayPal MasterCard. The total came to $98.98 and I received a confirmation the order was received. Several hours later I attempted to log into my newly created account on their website and I received a message stating the account sign-in was incorrect or account has been temporarily disabled and to try again later. So I requested a password change and an email with a link was sent to my address. The link is apparently broken as I got a 404 error message once back at their site so I couldn't reset my password. On Tuesday, September 6th I called the 866 number and after selecting CenterPoint and customer service from the *** menu all I got was music on hold intersped by a recording stating longer than normal wait times and to email CS at their support email. I did this and so far have received no response. I have received no tracking information, cannot view any status information on my account because it is disabled, and have received no shipping confirmation. The entire company apparently has done a ghost. I've since contacted my bank and filed a dispute for the $98.98 charge to my CC. Very unprofessional way to handle customer issues and maintain their website.
