      This company is not what it seems. My husband and I own a rental property that Echelon Property Consultants LLC (EPC) was hired to manage. As of 11 August 2022, we have not received rent payments for June and July 2022. This company does not follow its own terms and conditions to pay property owners by the 15th of each month. I caution anyone seeking property management to stay away from this company until they establish better processes. Note: I will remove this review/complaint once all funds that are owed to us have been paid.
