    I took my vehicle there to get some work done. I dropped it off on Monday April 22nd, my key fob was in working condition and there were no issues with it. During the time there I was getting update called from Chet and it was like we were bff's because he was getting my money. When I went to pick the car up I saw that my key fob was falling apart. So I asked Brett what was wrong with it and he took it and tried to work on it, which in turn messed it up more. I asked if I could take the money for the key fob off the amount owed cause it was damaged. He said that he couldn't make that call and because Chet was not there so I paid what I owed. I was told to call back at 10:30 am the next day so we can try to get it straightened out, I called and he was not there. So I waited and called again around 2:30pm and he still wasn't there but I was told that he should be right back and he should call me back. I didn't receive a call so I called a little after 11am on Thursday the 25th and no one answered so I ended up going up there and was told by Brett that he told Chet to call me but was told that he wasn't going to because there wasn't any issues with the key fob. Long story short Chet is a very disrespectful business owner and talked to me anyway he felt like and made me feel that since I'm not spending money with him, I was beneath him and he wasn't going to try to rectify the situation. I tried to explain the situation to him and he said that he didn't want to hear the f'n sob story and that he didn't do anything to the key fob and that they were 7 yrs old. Like that has anything to do with a damaged key fob, he then told me to come back and he will fix it. But he's not a key fob expect and will be able to fix something that is beyond repair. I just wanted to get my property back the way it was when I got there. But he was being very unruly and was not trying to hear what I had to say because or things that happened in the past with people. I will never go there again.
