    This business is falsely advertising a promotion. They said they are a part of the kids bowl free program but refused to follow what the program includes. The program states that children 15 and under get free bowling though the center said they can only do a minimum age of 5 year olds which is not advertised. The website also states that standard shoe rentals apply and the general manager Rob D***** said “we upcharge the shoes rental to make extra money.” He was rude and hurried our games by manually editing our frames out. This was very unprofessional and we will not come back and give them any money. We even bought a family pass so we can play and I received an email before we even left that they refunded it and locked us out of the accounts without even speaking to us. It was very hostile and uncomfortable for everyone. I did not appreciate how this was handled. I would like a refund on the extra shoe pricing that we had to pay that was not advertised as such. Shoes are supposed to be $3.50 each and they charged us $6.00 each.

    Hello 

    So sorry on the confusion on the pricing for the program. When you sign your child up on kids bowl free site and click bowl a roll as your center you will see it says 5-15 age limit. You will also see it says we are able to set the price to whatever we would like and to call the center. Our Standard shoe price for kids bowl free is $6.00 each and you rented two pair for a total of $12.00
