    Some employees are MEAN, callous, condescending and have no business in any public or customer service job. They have absolutely no listening skills and naturally are on the defense regarding any criticism. I was merely stating how I was treated a few weeks prior. They are combative. It has been a few weeks and I won't ever recover. My family have been customers for over 40 years in addition to several work accounts and neighborhood business. This especially includes the owner's grandson. So much for Small Business Saturday and my birthday which I shouldn't have to say when I ask for help and attempt to cash out so that I would be treated fairly and with respect.
