      Horrible - Horrible - Horrible. The car wash in Spencerport rarely is able to scan my license plate to pickup my membership. The last time I went, I sat their for several minutes an no one came out to help so I had to back out of the stall and pull into a different one so the scanner would pick up my plate and let me know.
      The good news is that they only offer monthly passes so I was not locked into a 6 month or year contract and decided I was over them and would cancel. I called the 855 number on their website, selected the option to cancel my service, and was told the only way to do that was to give them my name, address, email, phone, credit card, and billing information. Then they will email that information over to the location and the location will cancel.
      I was not comfortable with that as it seems like a scam. You already have ALL that information in your system so writing it all down and sending it via email is not only not necessary but seems like a lot of risk. Apparently data privacy is not a concern for this organization. When I told the horribly rude women on the phone that I would not give her that information and I did not know understand why she needed it - she just stopped caring. I told her that she was not authorized to bill my credit card any more and she told me that we were on a recorded line and not to try and dispute any charges on my card.
      Then when I went to the location to cancel, there is no parking for people who do not go through the car wash first (pay first - then customer service?), the cancelation process again asks for more information that needed (they need your license plate number and that's it), and even the employee says the Lack of Customer Service department experience sounded like a scam.
      NO idea what these people are doing but they really do not care about customer service, data privacy, or anything beyond their bottom line.
