      cleaning appt. Scheduled for 9 AM … 9:45 I called to check the status of arrival - Adam apologized said he was gone for 5 days and there was a mixup and tech Matt was on his way. My husband was home while the cleaning was done. In less than 1-1/2 hr. He was in and out. No furniture was moved. I called at 11:00 AM and expressed my disappointment and was told they DON’T move furniture to clean????? It’s the first time in YEARS from my previous cleaning experiences furniture wasn’t moved to clean. Adam said that’s explained when scheduling … I told him I am The person who set the appt. Up
      NO ONE EVER TOLD ME furniture is not moved! Very disappointed with the job and the level of attitude. The location does not merit BBB accreditation!!!! There was no consideration as to how they could make things better etc. As a business person there’s a right way and a wrong way to resolve an issue and in this instance there was no offer one way or the other. I could stop payment but word of mouth will catch up !!!
