    I took my **** at Cellaxs Victor, NY to get my screen repaired on 2/27/23. They quoted 200$. When I went back to pick it up they said it also needs a new battery. I waited over an hour so they can continue to fix my ****. When I went to pick up my **** they charged me 258.00 and took my payment and i noticed that the power button didnt work, the home button didnt work and also the screen doesnt work. Also the battery barely holds and when it turns off it takes forever to turn on. I have reached out to the company multiple times and they are rude, they yell over the phone and just dont take accountability for their work. They scam people and unfortunately i fell for their scam. They dont answer their phones or respond to their emails. I did end up recording them when I realized that this may not end in my favor. The person that was working their quickly agreed to his mistakes once he realized what he did were his mistakes. I have the recordings that I am happy to forward.

    On June 6th, 2022, my soon to be wife and I, went to Cellaxs location at ******** **** ** ****** **. We went for a service to fix my fiance phone screen. In the time it took them to fix her phone screen, then managed to puncture a hole in the battery and cover it up and not say a word about it and still charged $470 cash and failed to give us a receipt. We found out about the battery and their nice cover up when we took it elsewhere (**********) today August 20th, 2022 for the back of the phone popping off turns out when this tech opened the phone they found a swollen battery that cellaxs punctured and covered up during their repair. We spent $50 for the new battery. These two times were the only times this device was opened up since we bought It brand new in May 2021. We would like a refund of the 470 plus the 50 for the battery.
