      No they have not tried to resolve the problem as a matter of fact when I call they hang up on me or tell me that Dave Drake the property manager will call me back and he never does.

      Hi Schrell

      This complaint is in regards to my front porch stoop. Please see the attached photos. For the last several years I have been trying to get the stoop replaced. On November 5 2024 I spoke with Tamiya an employee of Reality Performance refer to notes sent On Nov 14 2024 I spoke with Liz she told me they were getting bids and then presenting it to the board. Please refer to notes on Nov. 20 2024 I received a note from Chris B stating the porch would be replaced. Refer to notes. When I called reality performance this year April 2025 they told me they didn't know anything about this and hung the phone up on me. Now is this any way to treat a customer of 30 plus years? Pictures and documentation are attached.

      The consumer is not our customer.  The HOA decided that they would not be repairing the consumer's stoop.  If they consumer has a problem, they would need to speak with the HOA,

      2 years ago there was a wind storm and a branch hit my siding and cracked it. someone came out 2 months after to assess and stated that they would fix it. still not fixed. now having issues with water leaking when it rains into my basement. this company never looks at emails or returns phone calls. paying full price of hoa fee in winter when they dont even plow. lawn service is horrible. have to call and email 100 times in order for them to clean gutters that they are supposed to do in the spring and fall. leaf removal is horrible they dont clean up the leaves like they are supposed to they dont even remove leaves from my home and im stuck just doing it myself.

      Hoa is horrible they don’t clean gutters, don’t power wash siding, don’t plow individual driveways in winter but collect full amount of money, when siding or roof needs fixed don’t fix. Call millions of times and no one ever comes.

      Please be advised that this is a false complaint against our group.  We work at the direction of the Board of Managers who decides what work get done not our company.  We in many cases would if we could respond and make the repairs however some of the association we manage are not properly funded due to low assessments which the homeowners do not want them to raise.   We can only do what we are directed to do and homeowners need to reach out to the Board.
