First, we regret that we were not able to provide a satisfactory candidate (jobseeker) experience for the complainant. We have added her two email addresses and phone number to our Do Not Contact (DNC) list, so she should not hear from Indotronix again via these channels. The first email the complainant received from Indotronix did not comport with our corporate standards, as it did not contain the required link to request being added to our DNC list. This issue will be addressed with the specific Indotronix recruiter involved as well as reviewed with our entire team of 200+ recruiters. While the complainant did not avail herself of the DNC link in the second email, in both cases, the reply email she sent to each of our recruiters was not forwarded by them to our DNC team for action. Obviously, this is not acceptable. This issue will be directly addressed with both recruiters involved and will also be further addressed with our entire recruitment team. We do appreciate the feedback from the complainant as this will be used to drive process improvement at Indotronix and help to ensure we provide a better experience for all future jobseekers. We hope that by adding her to our DNC list and precluding all further contact with her via her known contact information, Indotronix will have effectively addressed her complaint.

They won't stop emailing or calling me. I have tried nicely, I've been rude about it, I've begged them to stop but they just won't stop. Somehow they got a hold of an old resume when I was an assembly worker for an aircraft manufacturing company. Since then almost everyday, multiple times a day I receive calls or emails. I've had to install spam blocker on my phone just to be able to use it again normally. At one point I even explained to them that I actually CURRENTLY work for the company they are attempting to recruit me for and they still kept calling. I've copies of repeated requests back to the emails they are sent from requesting they stop calling me. I read the other complaint on this site and the response must just be boilerplate for responding to a request like this because they DO NOT take requests to be removed from their contact list seriously. I just want it to stop these people are relentless.

Indotronix International Corporation had added **** to our Do Not Contact (DNC) list in November 2022. His recent BBB complaint caused us to initiate a review of our DNC request process and we discovered that while we had blocked contact with his e-mail address via our corporate mail server, we had not done so on the 3rd party Applicant Tracking System our recruiters use to contact candidates for employment. As a result of this review, we have added **** to the DNC list in our Applicant Tracking System (as of 8/21/2023). He should no longer receive any communication from Indotronix. We have also modified our DNC process to ensure that any such future requests result in candidates being blocked from further contact by Indotronix via all corporate communication channels. This review also revealed several issues with how our recruiters interact with candidates. We are working hard to implement changes to our process to improve the candidate experience with our company and to help ensure that the issues that caused **** to request to be removed from contact with Indotronix are addressed, so that we can minimize the number of DNC requests we receive due to the issues he reported. Thank you for the feedback.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this resolves my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Your recruiters have contacted me multiple times to offer a job that my resume that I'm assuming they scraped from ****** or ******* (as those are the only two I've posted it to).  Through multiple calls, and emails I informed them I already, in fact, work for the company you are contacting me on behalf of.  This is the only time I have received a halfway decent response stating I shouldn't be contacted regarding this opportunity anymore.  In fact these recruiters for the most part would just ignore me entirely and contact me the very next day with the exact same posting.  It should not require a BBB complaint to have a simple request of "I'm not interested in this posting please don't contact me anymore regarding it", which evolved into "Please don't f****** contact me ever again you're harassing me at this point" be followed. While the response looks good, I have my reservations regarding it and suspect that other people are also being similarly harassed and disregarded.  I will give it a few weeks and see if you've actually lived up to the response before I agree to close the matter.  Regards,   **** *******
