    BUYER BE WARE items listed as in stock but really in a foreign country.
    Placed an order that stated "in stock", after about 5 days with no status change to my order, it was still pending so i sent off an email for an update. i was told my item was in Germany and to expect delays due to labor strikes in germany , if i had known that my order would be delayed due to labor strikers or even if i knew item was located in gereamy i would have never agreed to buy from modmymods. so i ask Austin to cancel the whole order he charged me a 10% fee to cancel it. how does this company stay in business when they treat there customers like this. austin did offer me a full store credit but i chose to get what i could and to never do business with mod my mods and modmymods never emailed me to update me. *****

    Thank you for your feedback. The item that you ordered had a lead time listed of 3-7 business days, as it had to be sourced from the manufacturer, who is located in Germany. We had your part on the way, but as you requested to cancel, our customer service manager responded promptly and gave you the option of a full refund as store credit, or a refund to your card with a small cancellation fee, which covers transaction costs that we do not get back upon refunding an order. You replied asking for a refund minus the fee, and the cancellation was processed very shortly after, and you should have received an email confirmation when that processed. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience with us, as we are dedicated to providing top quality customer service.
