I needed a chipped tooth fixed so Dr Sam suggested I get two crowns even though I only have a tiny chip on one tooth. I've had three chipped teeth fixed in the past without them removing any of my real teeth so I figured it would be similar .The lady that works with him touched every single tool with no gloves on. And then used those tools in my mouth. While she was putting the temporary teeth in my mouth she had her gloves all inside my mouth and use those same gloves to go inside drawers and grab stuff out of the drawers. She told me to come back in 3 weeks to get my permanent teeth in. Well the mold that they did in my mouth wasn't correct so the permanent teeth they had for me did not fit. After he stuck me with novocaine and put me through a bunch of pain I was told that I had to come back in another few weeks. The mold that he was using for my mouth fell in the garbage and he yelled at his employee to get it out the garbage she wiped it off with a wipe and put it back in my mouth. He made me put a mold back in my mouth and tell me to hold it for 4 minutes I just could not do it the taste and the texture made me almost puke so I had to take it out after 1 min. He freaked out on me and told me I have to go to a specialist and was not allowed back there. He put my temporary teeth back on and told me to leave. Him and his employees have no idea what they're doing. Everything in this entire dentist is contaminated. I have extremely bad anxiety and high blood pressure and this guy completely traumatized me forever. Because of him I'm going to be scared to go to the dentist for the rest of my life. He took 2 of my bottom teeth out for no reason there was only a tiny chip in 1 tooth. These people will also cancel your appointment or reschedule without telling you. They are scam artists. Avoid this place at all costs. I wasn't able to write half of what happened to me due to limited characters but I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.
