    -I started my membership in December 2021 at the UFO Fitness Center -My trainer was Nick C*** -On April 21st, 2022 I texted Nick to tell him I needed to pause my membership due to sickness. He responded and told me that he will let Sam Cino (Owner) know so they can put the monthly charges on pause. -I texted Nick again because I was still being charged, then I talked to Dan (Manager) about this situation. My membership was never put on pause, I have been charged $279.00/Month from April - August until I finally spoke with Sam Cino (Owner) and he canceled my membership. I requested a refund for the months my membership should have been paused and Sam Cino explained that "He could not issue a refund" They were no help and took $1,116.00 from my account when my membership was supposed to be paused. Their only solution was to give me 1 Month Free (Total of $279.00)

    Better Business Bureau:  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  BBB spoke to the customer and the following was relayed: The business did send me a refund for 1/2.
