      Paid for two months premium of $400 each. According to contract coverage starts at $25 and then a percentage .

      There was nothing covered except $25. Would be fair to refund the $800 minus the $25. I have a $880 lab bill that I need the $800 to cover since balance care provided nothing but $25 in coverage. *** **** quoted me a price of $886 prior to having Balancecare. I expected that amount would be reduced under balancecare. Instead *** **** increased the base price to then have “reduce price under balancecare” which is same amount I was quoted by *** **** before balancecare. I have contacted reps at balancecare providing them the option to make this right and it failed.

      Good Afternoon, BalancedCare Community Services is a 501C-3 agency that provides representative payee services.  There is an agency that sells insurance in New Hampshire and Maine.  I believe this request was intended for that agency as we do not have a client by that name or have clients in the state of Florda.  Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thank you,*******

      i am waiting on my ssi deposit and it is late and i cannot get a hold of the business i have left many messages and no one is calling me back this is a holiday week and i need to pay bills

      i was contacted about an issue with the system uploading the money to peoples account.  i received my benefits and am happy. thank you

      Her name is ******** she is from balance care she is denying she never got my dads check I sent it out before thanksgiving and she wont pay our phone bill from ***** now our phone is going to get shut off and iam scarred of her she is yelling at me and mom and very upset

      Afternoon, I am
      writing in response to complaint ID ********.  BalancedCare is a 501C-3
      nonprofit organization that serves as representative payee for **** Lessord and
      her mother, ***** ******.  We manage both individual's Social Security benefits and receive those via direct deposit.  In addition, ***** mails us her pension check which is mailed directly to her home and then forwarded to our agency.  **** reached out and inquired about the December pension check that we should have received on her mother ***** ******'s behalf. Her BalancedCare financial case manager, *******, advised that this check never came in the mail.  She did not raise her tone.  ***** was advised to reach out to the pension company to ask that it be reissued or check on the status.  This is the first time that this issue has occurred as we have received every other pension check around the middle of the month.  Our agency paid all the bills that we could pay with the funds that we had, including rent, phone bill, gas and electric, ******** services and life insurance.  In addition, we loaded funds on schedule via electronic card for the clients three times weekly, so they maintained spending funds.  The **** bill was paid with check number ****** with a check cut on December 2nd and cashed on December 10th by the vendor.  We understand ****** frustration that we did not receive the pension check in the mail for the month of December, however, this was out of our control as the client mailed the check and it was never received by our agency.  All bills were paid accordingly and debit her debit card continued to be loaded on a regular schedule with the funds that we received via Social Security and conserved funds we had.   Thank you for your attention to this matter and let me know if you need anything further from us. Anthony
