    Went there to avoid going into the city to get my fingerprints done. I'm renewing my Fla. Conceal carry. He was polite and I was done in 15 minutes.
    I received a letter from Fla stating I was rejected because I need to use a law enforcement agency only. I called and reported what had happened. He said he would follow up and let me know. I called the next day and he said he didn't get an answer yet. I called again the following day and he said that they didn't understand why I was rejected and offering to redo the prints. I mentioned that I didn't want to do that again not knowing why I was rejected in the first place. I called Fla the following day, to which they said they don't accept 3rd party agencies, only law enforcement. When I told the owner and asked for a refund (he advertises Fla fingerprinting on his web site) he suggested I ask Fla for the refund because it wasn't stated on the original paperwork. He said they do this all the time. Now I'm out my $81 and I still have to go to the city to get them done anyway
