  The ordeal started with "Honey there's water dripping out of the light fixture in the TV room" Well, here's your sigh. I had heard Dan Fulmer's professional ads on the radio so I called them. They were fast and professional and the price seemed reasonable. It started leaking again at the same spot and I called them back. The same guy came out, suggested adding some additional sealing or whatever and he would send a guy over. They never showed and now two years up the road it still leaks when it rains for an extended period. Like today. I myself am a Service Manager so I get the trials and tribulations of dealing with customers after the fact. That said, when a private consumer has to spend thousands it's a big deal to get it right.   Dan Fulmer does not even deserve one star. We contracted with them to replace our roof and install siding in 2018. There were many incidents during the installation, but the most memorable was the fist fight among workers on our front lawn. The police had to be called. The owner did not even offer us any compensation. After they “finished the job, they had to come out numerous times to fix mistakes. They did not cut a hole for the dryer vent. They did not attach the bathroom vent in the attic. They had to come back and fix siding that fell. We had our window installers come to do some routine maintenance and they informed us that Dan Fulmer Construction forgot to put a piece of trim above our bay window. That could have caused damage if we didn’t discover it. We asked them to cut a notch in our railing to put the siding through and they did not listen. They gooped something together that looks like a first grader did it. Now after four years our roof is leaking after a complete tear off four years ago. We hired another roofing company to come take a look and they said Dan Fulmer installed the boots incorrectly. This week that roofing company has to come back and tear off the back half of our roof and reinstall it the correct way. I did not contact Dan Fulmer with this issue because I do not trust the company. We paid way too much money for very shoddy work. Buyers Beware!!!!

  If you would of called about this roof problem we would of been very happy to send out our supervisor and a different crew to check & fix your problem I can tell you that the crew that did your job is no longer employed here. You stated that everytime you have called us we came back and fixed anything that was wrong. Now that you have had another company do work on your roof the warranty is dull & void with us. Sorry!
