    Paid Tim Roe of Roe Property Solutions $17,895 as a partial payment to build a composite deck and refinish my cabinets since July-August 2022.
    Nothing has been done to date. Keep getting many promises to return my funds, but nothing has happened to date...…3/24/2023

    Called the business and spoke with Mr. Roe who stated that he has spoken with the consumer and advised that he is having issues with the 3rd party supplier who has not provided the materials in which he paid them for.  They keep telling him that they have no control over when the supplies will be delivered. He stated that he is being cheated also and he has taken $3k off of the original estimate and if things do not work out, will be trying to repay the consumer.  BBB has requested documentation of materials purchased.

    Mr. Roe has been promising completion of both jobs since last fall and nothing has been completed neither my cabinet refacing or deck. Mr Roe has been promising to return my funds and nothing has been returned. I have lost all confidence in him and his promises to repay my funds or do construction.. I would feel more comfortable if we see an invoice for the materials, which I have not to date....... Also there appears to be other complainants with regard to Mr Roe's inability to complete construction projects paid for. Mr Roe has not lost any funds because all funds involved so far have been mine.  I would agree and like to see a copy of materials invoices. I have email conversations that back up my assertions and discussions tio date with him and they amount to zero actions on his part.
