      This is to inform others who may need gutters etc....that this company was hired to replace all the gutters & soffit on our house. It was hard to communicate with workers as they didn't speak English. While work was done workers had come to remove & reinstall heat tape. (this was noted on proposal) In back wires were pinched & front didn't replace using clips. In back of house heat tape needed to be fed through down spout. The owner did not show up until work was completed. He was paid in full. After a rain storm I noticed water was not draining and I called him. He came and told me that the workers did not run wires through downspout. He told me that he fixed it and we were all set. We contacted a electrician, he found wires all bunched up & not running through downspout as well as in front clips were missing & wires were frayed - heat tape in back of house is no longer working. Mr. Gutter call the electrician, he was told back of house heat tape no good, front needed to replace clips. I believe that due to my age (85) he took advantage if me.
