    I purchased a set of hearing aids and I kept going back for adjustments. They were plugging up because of my ear wax..The company I bought them from said they couldn’t do anything about that. Then Covid happened and I couldn’t get in for any further appointments so I gave up it seemed they didn’t want to help me anyway. I spent over $3,000 for the and I can’t wear them . They sit in the case on a shelf. I won’t be able to wear them because of my ear issues but I’d like to get some or most of my money back on them.

    3/6/2023 after my hearing exam i was told i would receive a 20$ dollar gift card which would be maild to me
    whitch i have not received. ive tried to telephone them several times to no avail.

     Hello *****,  I received a copy of the complaint issued by ****** ****.  Complaint ID ********.  He is stating that on 3/6/23, he was told he would receive a $20 gift card which would be mailed to him which was not received.  He was sent a postcard mailing with instructions on how to redeem his gift card.  You can see the phone number on the bottom the store has advised him to call and he’s refusing to call to obtain his gift card.  I have attached the postcard that was mailed to him.  We consider this case closed.  Thank you,  Rachel M****  Rachel M****Executive Assistant to **** *******  Frasier Enterprises *** ********** *** ********** ** ***** ***** ******** ext. ******** ******** Fax *************************
