I recommend staying clear of this company. My steam furnace was installed in 2018, noticed leaking steam and had them come out. They said the tank that was leaking wasn't the right tank in the first place and was much older than the system they installed, when asked why if they installed it, wasn't it right they said they didn't install it, they bought the assets of the company in 2020.
SO FYI GOOD REVIEWS BEFORE 2020 DO NOT REFLECT THIS BUSINESS AS THERE ARE DIFFERENT OWNERS and EMPLOYEES.
They left me hanging for 5 days in 20 degree weather telling me to get more space heaters. I finally went with a different company and once I told them I was going with another company they sent me a bill even though they never said anything about paying for them to come investigate.
They also insuinuated that because I didn't put chemicals in the system that it was my fault.
HOWEVER, I had **** ******* come out and he told me NO WAY chemicals should go in or my pipes would have leaks all throughout the house quickly because of how old everything is.
Overall they are very unprofessional and rude, I definitely do not recommend using this company!

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest group. We purchased a hybrid water heater from High Performance Heating (HPH) based on their recommendation. After 10 months, the unit began reporting an error with the compressor. I called in the warranty and received a return authorization code from **** ****** HPH came to take a look and they called **** ******directly to discuss further. HPH told me they would be in touch. Over the course of ten weeks, I called High Performance no less than five different times and sent one email. I had been extremely patient and pleasant, given them every chance in the world to provide me with some tangible update. I called again. The man informed me they had a replacement unit this entire time (!!!) but they needed a labor authorization code from **** ******and that the cost of installing the unit was equivalent to the cost of the unit itself ($4,700? I don’t think so!). I asked him why he either couldn’t call **** ******or tell me to call **** ******rather than ignore my calls and email for ten weeks, all the while giving inconsistent stories about whether they were still waiting on a unit from the distributor. He simply kept repeating “I don’t know” and had no plan to resolve the situation. I am done with High Performance Heating. I picked up the phone and within 15 minutes **** ******explained to me that the labor authorization codes are only for end user to receive a reimbursement from them, they are not for the contractor. The contractor should simply charge their normal labor rate. If anyone at HPH had actually spoken to **** ****** (or asked me to) this issue would have been resolved months ago. Instead, they kept assuring me it was being reviewed/processed when in fact they were seemingly hoping the issue would magically disappear. And they did this to a customer that had also purchased a new A/C and furnace from them at a previous residence, so this is how they treat loyal customers.

I had High Performance out to my house for a routine furnace and air conditioning cleaning. About 5 minutes into the cleaning I was told I had a cracked heat exchanger in my furnace. The only "test" that was done was the use of an inspection camera (no readings for CO). At that point there was no need to continue the cleanings since a furnace is best replaced when it has a cracked heat exchanger. I paid for the full cleaning of the furnace although it was never completed. I would have been happy to pay a fee for the "house call". I had a company come in and replace my furnace and once the furnace was removed we were able to completely inspect the heat exchanger up close and found there were no cracks in the heat exchanger at all, as a matter of fact, I was told it was in great shape! $6000 dollars later I notified the company by e-mail that they should be absolutely sure of their examination assessment especially when it is as serious as a cracked heat exchanger. That was two weeks ago and I have not heard back. Since trust is extremely important when dealing with companies I could not in good faith recommend this company.
