      Made an online appointment at Store 1401 with UPS Store website to see the Notary the day before.
      The day of the appointment, I went to the Store and staff replied that they have no notary.

      Response taken by phone:  We apologize for the misunderstanding.  We have no control over the posting on the UPS website and there is no way to change this.  We currently do not have a notary on staff and were not able to notify the customer in time for the appointment.  We usually tell the customer where the service is available.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. UPS' response does not solve the issue. If UPS Corporate cannot change their website that Notary Services are not offered at that UPS Store location, it will happen to other future customers who schedule a Notary appointment online like I did.
