    After I read the other two reviews It's like I'm listening my own situation. I called Cook to relevel my mobile home but he just raised one corner and then put a broken piece of wood that he found on the floor on top of one of the existing supports, for what he charged me he was supposed to level the whole mobile home. My wife communicate with him and he just said he is not going to fix it.

    Cooks repairs what a ***. Very bad work we have more problems now then when we started. He was to fix our roof . Well we have more leaks now then before. The ceiling in the laundry room has collapse now from all of the leaks he created. He will not make good for his ****** work. Said he was going to return some of our money. But as of now have not received a penny. I'm sick about it this was recommended by a friend so that's why we went with him. We don't have money to hire anyone else. I don't know what to do.

    The worst contractor I have ever used. Gave me three quotes, each higher then the last quote. Had two workers start the job which was roofing. Started the starter shingles wrong and often confused as too the next step. Company owner was rarely on site. He used old shingles and piece mealed trim. Told us this work would take care of a leaking problem for four to five years. Then we would need a new roof. Told us if he had any issues please call him and he would repair no cost. It gets worse, next rain we had many more stains then before he started. Contacted him and told him of problem. He said he was busy and he would get to it as soon as possible. Nothing happened so we connected again. He said he would send his wife down. After she looked at the work that was done she couldn't believe how bad it was, said the drip edge was done wrong and she worked for two days to correct. Worse then ever. I now have tons of ceiling stains, even sections cracked and ready to fall. He came down to see the issues and said he would get back to us as soon as possible. NOTHING! he then got very nasty and insulting. It has now become a huge problem. He didn't mind taking our money but has now abandoned us. We want a full refund and be done with. He scammed us and made off with our money. His service sinks and so does the quality of work.
