      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We have had an awful experience start to finish. They were a "no show" at the designated time and place for my daughter to pick up the boxes "included in the deal" so we had to go buy our own. They were a "no show" on the pick up date for her items. We were scheduled to leave town the next morning and went to great lengths to find a way to let them into the house the following day in our absence. Fast forward through this summer to move in day, they were again a "no show" to redeliver our items. Two days after scheduled delivery we were still waiting and getting updated delivery times via my inquiries that came and went. We finally received a partial delivery of broken, opened and shabbily re-taped boxes. The Storage Squad employee who showed up at the delivery told me to let them know if anything was broken and be sure and take photos but the company was bad about reimbursing for broken items.
      After multiple calls and finally losing my mind on the phone, our remaining items arrived on the third day. Our chest of drawers was filthy with a black, oily substance and dust. The paint was cracked and chipped in various places. It looked like it had been tossed around. We cleaned it up as best we could but it will require a full re-do to get it back to where it was when Storage Squad took possession of it. If I had the energy to deal with these people, I'd ask them to replace it, but based on what their employee told me and my experience, I feel confident I wouldn't get anywhere. Also, I'm just happy to be through with them. I have no idea how they stay in business.
      I don't have enough space to document this whole debacle here...the expenses, the lack of response, the inability to answer questions, up to 30 minutes wait times on hold looking for our belongings...it goes on an on. Just a nightmare.
      Whatever you can do to encourage others to research before engaging Storage Squad, please do. Thank you.
