  The movers left large pieces of metal on my front lawn. Tnis was from a sign they picked along the road. This was disrespectful to my property and myself . The level of professionalism has unfortunately decreased , as compared to prior moves I had hired this moving company in the past. In the future will not employ this team . They also left their dirty lunch containers and soda drinks on the lawn . This was not as concerning as the large pieces of metric that supported a highway sign

  Scheduled a move from Perinton to Victor New York I da moved 90 percent of the boxes before the mover came to my home Apparently the notes from the office stated there were many boxes to be moves. To the moving crew was pleasantly surprised the amount of boxes they needed to transport was minimal, The movers filled up their truck two times from Perinton to Victor, I am the owner of the two properties. During moving day was at the property in Victor not the property in Perinton. One day later, went to my property in Perinton, from where I moved from. To my dismay, found large pieces of metal on my property front lawn. I knew immediately these pieces of steel were not from my property. I asked one of my friends if she knew. She did indeed know the origin of these large pieces of steel on my lawn. The crew had been to Vermont. During this trip, a sign entering Vermont was on the road or ground. The Sheridan moving crew crew picked this up, along with the long heavy pieces of steel that supported the sign They disclosed to one of my friends they were a bit proud they had possession of this sign. However, were not interested in the steel supports Therefore, they decided, to leave the steel supports on my front lawn, without my permission The comment was let the owner deal with the removal of this debris. (These were never my debris). Someone will come by and pick these up, they are worth a lot of money. I was unable to move these large pieces of steel. Needed friends to help move these from my lawn. Along with the steel debris, they left their styrofoam containers and empty grape juice drinks on the lawn. Not in a garbage bag, just in the containers. thrown on the front lawn. I contacted the company today and the secretary had a defensive sarcastic attitude, that she found no cause for concern for leaving trash on a clients lawn. If she has been there she would have left her lunch containers on my property also. Demonstrating a lack of respect.

  Mike the owner told me he wasn’t concerned about my mothers move. Disgustingly rude!! They are thieves at best! I would NEVER deal with this company. They are not professional…don’t take responsibility for their workers and hung up on me when I asked what happened…things were broken, missing and packed like a 2 yr old packed them. Nothing was packed together…boxes were gone through in storage and thrown in Sheridan brothers boxes. These people are horrible. The OWNER Mike Sheridan hung up on me because he didn’t want to explain what happened. They don’t even deserve one star. What owner hangs up on a customer when they are asked what happened??? Rent a pod and pay someone to pack it…that way no one can steal and damage your things. Horrible horrible company. What a shame…all Mike Sheridan had to do is explain what happened but he wasn’t willing to do that.

  Let me tell you..,my experience with Sheridan Bros. Moving was exceptional from beginning to end!! Nothing damaged, nothing lost, all boxes and furniture put in appropriate places!! I highly recommend this company for your move! They made it so easy, fast and efficient!! Worth every penny and then some!! Thanks guys you are awesome!! Now can you all come back and put my shit away??! Kidding!! ??????
