    I have been receiving a bill for a no show appointment, but was not aware of an appointment missed. I did not receive a reminder call or text in regards to having an appointment with them, they have my phone number on file. Also, I do not know the date of my appointment missed or when it was scheduled.

    Now I am receiving letters about a $50 no show that will be sent to collections and discharging me from the practice, when not only I go to this practice my whole family of 6 does and have for years.

    Good Morning,*******'s original appointment was scheduled for 12/28/2023 at 8:45AM. She received a text message reminder on 12/21/2023 at 10:05AM. She no showed this appointment.Previously she had rescheduled this appointment multiple times:Her appt for 9/1/2023 she rescheduled on 8/31/2023.  Her appt for 9/15/2023 she rescheduled on 9/14/2023. Her appt for 10/18/2023 she rescheduled for 10/17/2023. Her appt on 11/16/2023 she rescheduled on 11/15/2023.Multiple text message reminders went out for all of these appointments. She ,must get the reminders because she calls the day before to reschedule.Any unpaid bills will go to collections.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    Explains the reason for the bill I received. I’ve rescheduled each time ahead of time as stated in response does not make since to not just show up for the appointment I rescheduled 11/15/2023 the day before that’s say I missed the rescheduled appointment 12/28/2023, if I was not going to make the appointment I have always rescheduled at least a day ahead of my appointment stated and shows in response. Which means I never received the text or call for reminder that was sent to me you are saying.I’ve been with the practice some time now and to do a no show is something that I do not do I have always rescheduled when I knew I would not make the appointment for self and other family members. This sounds like a miscommunication issue that caused me to miss my appointment.I will call the practice and have my entire family removed also and cancel any scheduled appointments. I think that will be best. I really do not want myself or family to be associated with a practice as such.
