      In June of 2017 we had Scott S******* of New York Flooring install a hardwood floor in our Kitchen and hallway to match the rest of the house. After completion I was not pleased on bit due to the mess of the house, when prior I was told everything would be plastic and taped.
      Recently we had our kitchen gutted and new cabinets installed and a company here to patch where cabinets one time stood with hardwood floors, then re-sanded, stained and sealed. It was when they were sanding the floors down, they discovered the kitchen floor was red oak while the other half (dining room) was white oak.
      My invoice shows that Scott was going to install white oak, but the invoice of his purchase at Harmon Hardwood was red oak. Also it was pointed out the loose gaps between the kitchen planks vs. the tight gaps in the sections of floor most recently installed.
      Consumer beware when an individual mentions paying cash he could provide a discount. We paid with a check to have a paper trail.

      These fellas were great. I reached out to them to install plank flooring in my kitchen. The initial measure was incorrect and Scott returned the next day to measure again so I would know how much product to order. They used the first quote I was given for the job. They arrived on time and all of them were very professional and polite. I will be using them for refinishing my hardwood floors.
