    Received project on time and of high quality. They have installed patios for me and 2-3 family members and friends highly recommend. Fairly priced and fantastic work !

    Do Not Hire. Wish I had checked this site, my issue was that they put in a stamped concrete walkway and put in the wrong width at the approach to the side door (the one which I specifically showed them as the important width to expand). He told me it was done as he was ordered to do, never gave me a printout or mockup, and didn't communicate with his team. Didn't communicate with me on the day of the job, and also missed a separate part of the job which he will likely never come back to do based on other reviews.

    I can see why this business is not accredited. Put in a cement, stamped patio in late June. Did a nice job and the price was reasonable. However, they damaged my 2-year old driveway by parking the cement truck on it. We were not at home at the time. Left ruts and cracks in the driveway. Invisible Fence wiring was broken. They apologized and said that they would have a contractor fix it while it was still hot outside. Never came. Repeated emails, phone calls, and text messages. Promises that the contractor would come but he/she never did. Told them I was getting outside estimates and expected them to pay at least part of the repair. Now there is no response from them at all. Really disappointed, frustrated and angry. Could take them to small claims court but what are the chances that the case alone costs more than repair? NEVER will use Rochester Patio & Landscaping again. NEVER will recommend.
