In September, 2022 I contracted White Gloves Moving for a full service move of my home from
Pittsford, NY to Corpus Christi, TX. This was a full service move that included disassembly and packing in
NY and unpacking and re-assembly in TX. I chose this company because they market themselves as
movers of high value items including fine art and piano moving. The majority of the furniture and decorative pieces are new and of high value. For additional protection against damage, Whit Gloves offered me full value insurance at an additional price of $1,500 (seem moving reciept). I paid $14,000 upfront on September 26, 2022 with agreement to
pay remainder of the amount after satisfactory delivery of items in TX. The items were delivered on October 15, 2022 and some of the high value items were damaged, broken,
or were missing components and no longer able to assemble, including my a classic piano with one leg completely broken off (see damaged items attachment). Total damages are valued at $18,047.79. White Gloves Moving charged the remainder of my credit card, $6,882 without authorization on 10/17/2022 (see moving receipt)

I’ve been trying to contact White Gloves Moving since delivery by calling, texting, leaving voice
messages, and emailing to report the broken items and file an insurance claim. However, it’s been over 2 months since the move, and I have not heard a response (see communication attempts attachment).

The service was not as described as they damaged my piano and fine furniture, and the payment for insurance was apparently a fraudulent charge, as I never received any policy documentation or information on how to file a claim.
