    Chip Law AKA Vista Pools or Pools by Vista is a SCAM ARTIST. We really wished we would have ******* him prior to giving him any money. He was our neighbor, how could your neighbor steal from you with a straight face? This guy is the scum of the world. Complete shiester, and not only does he STEAL your money, any work that he has done by ex cons is complete and utter **. Plan to re-do anything he or his "guys" touch. This guy is a liar, and a thief. STAY AWAY!!! We paid him for services equipment never provided and are in litigation currently. You can't get water from a stone, but it is a matter of principal. He finally moved, THANK GOD, and unfortunately he took the out of state homebuyers for the biggest score of his life. They are heartbroken and in total dismay. I would have to say he is biggest piece of @#$% I've ever met.
