    Hello,
    Thank you for this opportunity of support. I purchase a reading in 2018 for $350.00 for an hour. I was told that there was a waiting list of at least a couple of years. I did not hear from them for several years, so I reached out. Trish was the creative director. She and I went back and fourth through emails. She left and finally got through to a woman named Lana. She was very difficult to work with. She at one point asked me to show proof of purchase because she couldn’t find any record of my payment. After a lot of looking through 5 years of credit cards and bank statements, I found it. I sent it to her. She made insinuations that it was too long ago and other insulting words. She finally agreed to refund me the full amount. I wanted a reading so badly, but going through her was too difficult, that I wanted a refund. I did say to her that I didn’t want to say anything disparaging about Jennie M****, but if they didn’t honor my refund, I may have to do that. I never did. I’ve tried to contact them in so many different ways, after she asked for my address to send the check to. I’m still contacting them, but no one will respond in anyway. I am very upset and frustrated with her staff. I have my receipt, all our emails with proof that she said she would grant me the refund. I would be happy to forward all of them to you.     Our policy is all sales are final. It's all over our website, every page. When you purchase a gift certificate it's only valid for 1 year. ***** purchased a gift certificate in 2018. Three years later she reached out to schedule the reading. My assistant Trish explained the policy to her. Even though it had expired I was willing to still give her the reading. Trish tried at least three times to schedule a reading with *****. She would go missing for months and then demand her reading. This has been going on for 2 years now. ***** is unable to provide proof of the actual gift certificate thar shows the expiration date. She has threatened to slander my name publicly. I felt I have gone above and beyond to honor her request.
