    We had them out to fix our dishwasher. My husband told them ahead of time what part we would need. The tech came out, fixed it and was great. We paid the bill and it was marked paid in full. Great. Then a month later we get another bill from them saying we owe another $145 for the service fee. We called and they said when they send the tech out they only charge for the parts. We have argued over this and I just ended up paying it! But they aren’t honest with their charges. At the time of service you should pay the entire bill and not part of it thinking you paid all of it and then get another bill in the mail a month later for more fees! Not honest at all!!

    Today we had our ****** dishwasher repaired by Appliance Tec. We followed the easy sign up instructions for our apt. They called when coming. Our tech David L was so efficient. He knew the problem right away. He answered our questions and explained the repairs. He was very neat, polite and friendly.
    We were very happy with the service. We would call them again and recommend them to others.

    After waiting for 3 days they showed up to make the repair. Changed out some part and then told my wife it was all fixed. She could start putting things back into the refrigerator. Well good thing she didn't because it is not fixed, freezer works but not the top refrigerator. Said they had ordered a part even before they looked at the refrigerator, if you don't know what is wrong how can you order a part?
    This morning I called and got the run around again. Told me they would set up an appointment, I told them we needed someone there today. We will see what they say when they call back to let my wife know if they will be there.
    Worst service ever!

    We completely understand how frustrating it is when a repair isn't completed the first time. We "preorder" parts as best we can based on the extensive history and with the support we get from the manufacturer. Based on the issue you were experiencing it made sense to install the part that was pre-ordered. Unfortunately a second visit was needed but the problem was solved at that time. We are sorry you were so dissatisfied with our service. Our team will review this incident to see where we can improve.

    Our tech was knowledgeable and helped us understand what was going on with our fridge and oven (both about 4 years old). He was here for 2 hours, trying to repair and/or diagnose and figure out what was needed for the actual repairs.
