    About August 27th.i was out shopping for a refrigerator for my home. After going to alot of places i stopped at qhf and was referred by owner to go to his 2nd location of lyell ave.i did and thought i found a great fridge.i purchased the fridge and pd $320 & $40 for delivery and a additional $20 when they brung it in and they asked could they have my old fridge.so i went out and spent another $320 on grocery. About 7 days later i awake and fridge was warm and dead.i immediately called qhf.he stated he would send me pics of another fridge and he did.but most wasmt what i purchased or smaller But 1 pic was my old fridge.i was shocked that it was on the pic.i was told to wait a day and he would have more 3 days passed no call i stopped in and another guy was there and offered me another fridge the fridge came and about 2 days i noticed water all over my floor and freezer seal not shutting as shown in pics.and puddles of water on floor.i reached out by phone and text in sept 3rd.no one Ever called me i went ny the store twice no luck.i went back again and a guy came out finally on the 16th of September its now the 19th and not 1 call.the repair guy spoke to him on the phone telling him that the metal bracket under and behind compressor is totally torn and rusted and that's whats causing the leakage and the rubber is worn out on freezer door preventing closure.its 4 days and im still mopping water. Every 10 min.my food is thawed.my floor is warping my bsmnt ceiling is coming apart.i only went for a fridge and so far has racked up $360 fridge another $320 on food.another $300 on floors and more. On freezer items.about 1 thousand dollars i don't have this is so wrong and they dont seem to care.and i can't just can't keep taking a loss and mopping water.at this point i would accept my $320 back that's minus they delivery.they can take the fridge back.as for floors we can settle that once i get a quote or the courts can settle it.if they choose not too.

    Response taken by phone:  We swapped out the refrigerator again, for a nicer one, at no charge.  We have not heard back from her so we assume it is alright.

    THEY DID SWAP OUT THE OLD FRIDGE HOWEVER IT WAS NOT THE REFRIGERATOR I CAME IN TO VIEW IT HAD SOMEONE ELSES NAME ON IT, AND THE DELIVERY GUYS LEFT IT IN THE CENTER OF THE FLOOR UNPLUGGED LEFT MY HOUSE DOORS WIDE OPEN ALSO AND THEY LEFT WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING OR CHECKING TO SEE IF IT WORKED THE FRIDGE MAKES ALOT OF NOISE AND THE FREEZER HAS SO MUCH FROST THAT THE FOOD IN FRIDGE GETS SOAKED. I HAD CALLED BUT I ASSUMED THEY WAS CLOSED AT THIS POINT AFTER 3 FRIDGES I WOULD JUST LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED MY 360 MINUS THEIR DELIVERY FEE OF 40 AND TAKE MY CHANCES ELSEWHERE, BECAUSE TO SWAP ON A 4TH TRY IS NOT RIGHT
