      Paid Christian flooring $6500. to have a floor installed 2 1/2 yrs ago. Had problems with initial installer who did some shoddy work and broke toilet flange and was refusing to pay for it and was threatening. I have the texts. Defective materials, floor started breaking and separating 1/24. Notified company and months later agreed to replace under warranty. Told us floor would be installed in 8/24. Stopped numerous times, called left messages and never got a return call. They fail to communicate with customer. Finally after much run around they came to replace floor on 12/18/2024. On 12/19/24 I called Jamie at the store about an issue, voicing my frustration and past frustration with the company but never swore at him or about him. He seemed to understand. Next thing I get a text from owner Chris who tells me we’re done and has guys walk off the job leaving my house a mess, some damage also. We were texting back and forth cause I wanted to get job finished and he refused and also made what seemed like a threat. My house is a disaster just days before Xmas, floor 1/2 done and he refuses to finish and is offering me 1200 to be done. We have put up with a lot of aggravation dealing with this company and have never been rude or obnoxious. When I talked to Jamie I expressed all the frustration we had put up with and did swear but never at him. I just want my floor finished as they are being paid under warranty or they can pay another company to finish the job. We have never been treated so badly as we have with this company. If they don’t want to finish floor or pay a reputable installer to finish then I would like a refund of my $6500 and they can take the flooring that is here. In the meantime it’s the holidays and the house is trashed.

      I purchased flooring last year and the floor has been lifting. I tried numerous times to contact them and take care of this problem ( which was well under the one year warranty) and they keep giving me the run around. I finally got them to come out to look and the company said they would take care of this problem, but never got back to me and now I’m calling there all the time and no one is getting back to me after promising to take care of this. At this point I am leaving this to you and hoping for resolution on this.
