      Stellar over sells and under delivers. They had to come back and fix things and fix damaged property. The process was drawn out as we were often brushed off. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone but the saving grace is that it is a very nice roof. It just should have been done right the first time and we should have been treated as a priority and the crew should be much more respectful. This process had me speaking to a lawyer… not worth it

      Great job on the roof my wife and I are very happy with the final results and the hard work of the men and women working.
      Only downside was lack of communication There was an languag barrier of the workers and us when asking a simple question. Project manger needed to be at a different locations, we were told call him if there was issue but if he was not on site how would he know what we were talking about. Someone on site should have been left to deal with issues to speak to. If there was were did not know who it was.

      Had Stellar roofing come give me an estimate. Went well until we would not commit and answer his questions on who else was coming. Then he started to get confrontational and rude to my wife than me. Had to let him know it’s time to leave. I’m 76 and that is the first time I had to do that. Beware, not only appears to be a high pressure operation but their price was 3 to 4 times higher than my other estimates.

      We selected STELLAR for our hail damage repair/replace project here in Victor NY, and we couldn't be more pleased. The project included a complete new roof, siding and gutter replacement. STELLAR provided a project manager for each of the phases of the project that kept us updated all the way thru the project. One of the great things that STELLAR does besides delivering a suburb job is taking numerous pictures of the project all during the removal and repair/replacement process. We highly recommend STELLAR so much that our nearby friends selected STELLAR for their roofing project.

      Dylan B******* from Stellar Roofing provided us with a thorough and detailed estimate as well as an overview of the company and the supplies. He assisted us with securing financing that was quick and easy!
      The team was punctual, professional and prepared to work. The entire job was completed in one day and the clean-up was perfect!
      Cisco G*****, the project manager, was available throughout the day and he kept us updated as to the status of the job. He answered all of our questions and provided us with his contact information in case we have any questions at any time in the future. He set us up with the company cam which allowed us to watch in real time as the work was being done.
      Jorge T******, the foreman, was professional and knowledgeable and available for questions or concerns. We will recommend Stellar Roofing to our friends and family!

      Stellar's performance at satisfying this customer was truly "STELLAR." They were very responsive on the installation and left my yard spotless. I had a unique issue a few years later and they were all over it like white on rice. They are the supplier you want to work with.

      Jabrel G**** from Stellar stopped by this afternoon to follow up on the job done last fall. Stellar did a terrific job with my roof. The roof itself looks terrific and there was no mess left behind. The crew worked through the rain to complete my job and also reattached a piece of flashing that had come loose in the wind previously. I recommend Stellar to anyone needing work done on their roof.

      The company did an amazing job with everything they need to do in aspects of communication through in person, on phone, and texting, transparent with their progress and how they do things, and punctual with scheduling and installation completion. Highly recommended!
      P.S., shout out to Ryan, the salesman, and Nector, the project manager, and his crew for the whole amazing work they did for us and our roof!

      We had Stellar put a new roof on our house because of hail damage.
      Our salesperson, Jim, spent a lot of time with us explaining and showing the differences in shingles, underlays, etc. which we needed in choosing a roofing contractor.
      Our project manager, Anthony, also explained the process of removing old shingles, checking for unforeseen problems and how they would correct them. He and his crew were excellent and were a hard-working crew. They left no mess behind, cleaning up our yard and shrubs.
      Overall, we are very happy with this company and would recommend them to everyone.
      Thank you Stellar Roofing..for a job well done!

      All the employees from Stellar Roofing highly professional and explained every detail and process of installing the roof and the price was surprisingly fair and much less than I thought it would be.
