      This Blacktop Professional Sealcoating has a terrible.. “ zero “ .. call you back professionalism ??
      I talked to Frank M. several months ago about the issues we are having with their asphalt Sealcoating they performed!
      He said call me in April… which I did ..
      left many voicemails and texts to call me but all I hear is crickets ??.. silence ??
      Entire driveway asphalt material is flaking off ??
      I have videos and photos of what we are dealing with !!
      As we we drive into our garage ..
      we were tracking in our tires black from this defective job ??
      I believe what ever they applied was garbage watered down black material ??
      We want this corrected by Professional Blacktop Sealcoating ????
      Do not hire this company as they are terrible ant totally void of any customer service follow up ??

      Our driveway was sealed on Aug 27, 2022, and swirl marks are the whole length of the driveway. The workers used excess materials along the sides; very sloppy looking. We called Mr. Mustaca and sent him the pictures he requested. He insisted it would cure and look good. We again sent him pics and he told us he would be out Aug. 30 (Tues). No response from him, with showing up or a call. He didn’t respond to a text after the 30th. He was paid with a check. Very unprofessional work and poor customer service!
