    We ordered my skates on 6/23. They failed to communicate anything to us. We had to call them several times to figure out what was going on. The owner never returned calls, never there to take care of issues. We finally had some good news stating they were stuck in customs. 2 weeks later they were still in customs. 2 weeks later I was told they were on the way and should be in by Wednesday. They weren’t. I called on Tuesday and her landlord put them in storage. I called every week and got the same answer that they were in storage. After a full week of them not answering our calls, we go there for them to tell us that they don’t make them in that specific size. Seriously… couldn’t have given us an honest answer from the beginning of this process instead we wasted all of summer waiting for them to come in. Yes we received a refund. The owners employees are amazing and unfortunately in the same predicament with an owner who doesn’t communicate, but rather beat around the bush. Shame. Worse part is, they came highly recommended in the area for skates.
