      On 10-23-2022, I hired Tree and Yard Renovations for snow plowing and a tree removal. I paid Chris Z***** $1,399.00 for the tree removal and snow plowing.
      On the day after of thanksgiving holiday 11-25-22, I went in the hospital for heart surgery. I had asked Chris Z***** to please refund me the full $1,399.00 because we could not afford the tree removal at this time because of upcoming medical bills. The snow plowing cost was $399.00. He said it was to late to cancel the snow plowing, but would refund me 1,000.00 minus $100.00 for a cancellation fee. So I would receive a total of $900.00 from him.
      It is now 6-21-23 and still have not received the $900.00 promised.

      BBB spoke with the owner who explained that he would be refunding $1000 as soon as he can, which may be in a couple of payments. He apologized for not taking care of this sooner.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I have not received any payment as promised. I don't feel this complaint is closed. I need this refund. No timeline for refund was established. Regards,
